Our CEO is an RPN certified in Ontario and New Brunswick and has over 10 years of personal experience in acute, transitional, medical and long term care facilities and hospitals. She knows first hand the kind of stress staff is under while providing care and similarly the stress that facilities are under to fill staffing vacancies. She has also worked in facilities as a travel nurse and continues to take contracts to help fill important gaps for our partners.
